Residence Inn Seattle Bellevue Downtown

The sofa bed was disgusting, with bio stains, made it impossible to sleep well. On top of that, the staff seemed uninterested in assisting us, evident when we needed directions to our room and they didn't even acknowledge us. Everything felt disorganized.

Place was incredibly beautiful and bright, enjoyed the stay.

No complaint, the venue met every demand, 100% recommend it. The hotel was fairly clean, the stuff was very very helpful and excellant. When we arrived, our wheelchair accessible room with the refrigerator, video games plus the couch was ready. There where a microwave oven, coffee/tea makers, and fridges too...

We loved the comforts of this brand-new hotel. The location was great, about 20-minute walk into town. The restaurant was good, fabulous food.

Thank you very much for the very very good stay out of town. All the staff members are absolutely friendly and attentive. The location is marvellous and unbeatable and near Bellevue downtown, close to a highway, and a Metro bus station, nearby Bellevue Transit Center, and restaurants and shopping. The place to have dinner at walking distance from the hotel is Splash, really enjoyed this place...

Everything! I love the computer and tv room. The Staff are friendly and helpful. The King studio with sofa bed room was very impressive.

The room offered a fantastic view of the nature preserve and was impressively quiet, perfect for relaxation. Having a well-equipped kitchen with a stove and microwave made meal prep easy, while the complimentary breakfast went beyond expectations with local favorites like fresh bread. Some additional dining options would be appreciated, as well as an upgrade for older guests.

Very decent buffet breakfast which was included in the room rate - could eat as much as you wanted - they even had waffles and pancakes. I also liked the laundry facilities which were available on site in the basement. Service requests were handled efficiently and promptly.Front desk staff were friendly and responsive.

It would have been nice if the hotel ran a shuttle service into downtown Seattle which was otherwise difficult to get to without having a car

I enjoyed the warm, inviting ambiance of the lobby, with cozy seating areas and beautiful fireplaces, making it a perfect place for relaxation and socializing, especially for seniors like myself.

More accessible dining options for seniors would be helpful.

Warning NeXT to the sprinkler installation which yells us not to hang a dressboy there.

The breakfast was not Europeanen enough for us

The breakfast was great. The room furnishing were great. The hotel was surprisingly quiet, despite being full.

The security person was in plain clothes. He needs to show and ID before asking to see ours.

During my business trip, I found the Residence Inn to be an excellent choice. The staff were efficient and quickly assisted with my check-in process. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and quiet. The business center offered essential services, including printing and high-speed internet access,. The on-site restaurant served high-quality meals that were convenient after a long day.

The parking garage security was concerning after noticing a vehicle break-in.

Hotel staff was quick, courteous, safety conscious (called to let me know the pizza guy was on his way up) Room is spacious and clean.

Parking spaces are very tight...large horizontal scratch across the front of the stainless steel refrigerator.

Incredible breakfast, a great selection of food and beverages. Terrific room, clean bathroom, excellent staff.
